FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) What is the process of ordering?
First fill in the contact form to send me your name, email address and what you want to order. I will reply to check all the details are correct, then supply an invoice detailing your order including shipping. Once payment has cleared the order will be put through to Print Art and soon after you will receive your print/canvas by courier.
2) How long until my print or canvas arrives?
Print orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation then shipped. Canvas prints can take up to 10 working days after order confirmation then shipped. (Within NZ.)
3) How to care for the print before you get it framed.
Be very careful opening and handling your print, ensure your hands are very clean and try not to touch the print. Don't allow any sellotape to touch the print as it will damage it.
4) Why is the border off-white and will you change the colour?
Careful consideration went into choosing the border colour of the Bible Photo Art images. I did not want pure white for the border or pure black for the text as it would look too harsh.
Research lead me to choose a colour that is inspired by the Pantone Colour of the Year 2026 "Cloud Dancer" (click here to see more). This makes Bible Photo Art images right on trend! I have Bible Photo Art prints and the off-white is quite subtle. Please watch the quick video at the bottom of this page to see more about the border colour.
Sorry, I prefer not to change the border colour.
5) Will you change the Bible verse on an image?
Yes! For a small additional charge of $10 I will customise an image for you, see my Customised Art page. Please note I will only use the Berean Standard Bible translation which is now in the public domain and can be freely used for commercial purposes.
6) Are these real photographs? Do you "photoshop" them or use AI?
In this increasingly AI driven world, I am pleased to say that Bible Photo Art images are actual photographs of real objects/subjects taken on a real camera, a Canon EOS 80D.
Yes I use photoshop for editing, to bring out the best in each image, to crop and size them. Sometimes I will create composite images where photographs are selectively blended together such as the Psalm 141 v 2 image of the smoke coming out of the vase of flowers.
More and more Photoshop tools are becoming AI driven but I try to use them sparingly to keep the authenticity of each photo.
7) What if there is an issue with the print/canvas?
There are no refunds or returns if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
For your peace of mind all of the prints/canvas are fully guaranteed by Print Art—any print damaged in transit or showing a production flaw will be replaced, no questions asked.
8) Can I phone you to discuss my order?
Yes, please phone me, Hannah Jairam, on 021 100 7324. If I cannot answer or talk immediately, text or leave a voice message and I am more than happy to call you back and answer any questions.

9) Will you be creating more images for the Gallery?
I sure will! This is a long term project for me and I will continue to make more images and add them to the Gallery. I also hope to increase the variety of the images.
10) I want to give a print as a gift - can I get a clear plastic bag around the print?
Yes! Print Art can add a protective crystal clear bag with backing card to your order. Just let me know.
